So, there's a Michelin-starred menu ready for this Friday's barbecue evening, prepared by our acquaintances, Michelin-starred chef Bert-Jan Michelsen, who owns the restaurant The Butcher's Son in Antwerp, Belgium.
He has put together a menu from his restaurant that is sure to bring a wonderful experience here to our hills of North Funen.
To leave a little surprise regarding the menu being served, here is only the main menu
- Surprise amuse-bouche
- Piedmont beef tartare, smoked eel mayonnaise, oxtail croquette with oloroso sherry
- Stuffed young cockerel “The Butcher's Son” (One of the most popular dishes in his restaurant)
