We thank all customers and supporters for a great 2025. We have now closed the café/shop for the winter and will reopen on Thursday 5 March. However, the last week of March we will also have to close the shop as there is a World Orchid Exhibition in Dresden this year and we are participating. But we'll see you in the spring!

Bed & Breakfast
Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy a stay in our exclusive B&B rooms at the edge of the forest. Here you'll find silence, beautiful nature and modern conveniences, just a few steps from the hiking trails and a short distance to Odense. With comfortable Super King Size beds, Smart TV, WiFi and the option of breakfast, the stage is set for a relaxing getaway.
Café Orkidéen
The Café offers refreshments, coffee and cake during our general opening hours. This is in line with the idea that Café Orkidéen should be a little sanctuary where you can take a well-deserved break when you're out for a walk in the area or, for example, exploring the goods you can find in the farm and flower shop.
The area
Vissenbjerg Bakkerne offers a fantastic combination of tranquil nature and beautiful landscapes. Here you can hike along the Heart Path, explore the forest trails, or take a short trip to Afgrunden and Møllesøen. The area is ideal for both relaxation and activity, just a few minutes away from both the pulse of the city and Funen's coastal gems. A gem for nature lovers and those who want to get closer to nature.
About us
Fugleviglund is an old country estate beautifully situated in the nature conservation area in the banks below the conservation forest in Vissenbjerg.
The walks in the forest and down towards Afgrunden and around to Møllesøen mean that many people come up through the courtyard at Fugleviglund, which is part of the Heart Foundation's trails.
By establishing a small farm café and farm and flower shop, we want to make visiting the area even more attractive and provide an opportunity to stop by our premises. We look forward to seeing guests in our premises, which aim to create a cosy environment for well-being and offer some quality products that you can take home with you.
